The Mighty Ninth District Keeper of Records and Seal Retreat is an annual gathering dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency of chapter recordkeeping and administrative operations throughout Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.’s Ninth District.

Hosted by the Ninth District Keeper of Records and Seal (KRS), the Retreat brings together chapter Keepers of Records and Seal from across Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas for professional development, knowledge sharing, and collaborative learning.

This gathering provides an opportunity for chapter KRS brothers to strengthen their understanding of the responsibilities, procedures, and best practices essential to maintaining accurate records, preserving important chapter documents, managing official correspondence, and supporting the overall business operations of their respective chapters.

Through interactive discussions, practical demonstrations, and collaborative sessions, attendees will explore new techniques, emerging tools, and proven best practices designed to streamline administrative processes, improve record accuracy, strengthen organizational continuity, and promote consistency across the District.

All chapter Keepers of Records and Seal are strongly encouraged to attend. Whether newly appointed or experienced in the role, participants will gain valuable insights, share practical solutions, and build relationships with fellow KRS brothers committed to excellence in service.
