The Great City of Rogers, AR has been selected as the host city for the 87th Annual Ninth District Meeting to be held April 10-14, 2024.
As we prepare for the District Meeting, it is our pleasure to provide you with the opportunity to become an approved vendor. The registration fee is $400.00 per table. Any special requests or additional needs may result in additional costs.
PLEASE NOTE: The vendor area will have special hours of operation.
If you have previously been approved as a vendor for any previous Ninth District Meeting within the past 3 years, you may forego the regular registration process and proceed directly to submit payment of your registration fee. Click here and log in using the Email address associated with your previous registration and your existing Vendor ID. Please remember to update your contact information, if necessary.
If you have forgotten or misplaced your existing Ninth District Vendor ID, then click here, to retrieve it using the Email address associated with your previous registration.
If you have not previously been approved or registered as a vendor with the Ninth District within the past 3 years, then you will need to complete the online registration process. Please, click here to complete the online registration form. Then, simply follow the instructions to submit your payment.
